Euclid Garage Door Repair Techs

On jan 17. I called smooth door to come out to home to get the 40year old garage door opened and door up as my vehicle was locked in the garage. I had to crawl under the door with 10 inches of snow to get into garage...no matter how hard I tried to get garage door up, the door would not move. On jan 18 owner came out at 745am and dismantled 40year old garage door and I was able to get vehicle out of garage with no damage. On jan 19 a crew came out and installed new door. Amazing I would highly recommend smooth door. The owner and crew were very professional.prompt, did a fantastic excellent job

First time calling and the woman who answered sounded like an answering service. When I said hello, she was rude. Sounded as if I was bothering her. Bad way to start a business call.
