image Ordered graduation photos for graduation May 27, 2023. June 29 I had not received the pictured yet so I emailed and sent a message of Facebook asking for an update. No response to either. The next day I sent and email again asking for an update and informing that I would dispute the charge with my card company if they choose not to respond. Miraculously that email received a reply. Mysteriously the 1st email went to spam but the 2nd didn't. Doubtful but whatever. I was then advised that the order window was extended to June 20 and that pictures were just sent to the lab and should get mailed out in a few weeks. It is incredibly unprofessional to change order deadlines and then not communicate with those who have already placed orders. Unprofessionailsn at it's finest. Will never order from this joke ever again.

image Im disappointed.The photographer was polite and professional other than the fact that he was more interested in listening to the teenage assistant he had with him, who was unable to handle the situation effectively, than to listen to the customer.It was a very busy dance studio picture shoot with many people coming and going.Every interaction I had with the assistant was worse than the one before it.I completely understand that its a hectic time to get a large number of dancers group shots and individual shots done but simply listening and admitting a mistake was made goes a long way.I first arrived to the studio and paid for two different individual poses in two different costumes for my daughter.I paid for them all at one time so I wouldnt have to stand in line a second time to pay.First photo went fine.After changing my daughter and waiting and making it to the front of the line again I let two other dancers go in front of me because I was still getting my daughters dance shoes on her and wasnt quite ready yet, trying to keep the line moving.Once I was done fixing her shoes the two women ahead of me had still not paid and I already had paid so I asked if I could get my daughters photo done while the other dancers were waiting to finish up payment.They were fine with that. The photographer was just waiting, had no one to take a picture of at the moment.The assistant then said I couldnt get pictures yet for reasons Im not sure of as I was in line already.I honestly think she was not sure of the situation going on but was quick to be defensive.The photographer then told me that he wouldnt do my picture yet because it would be our second pose and there were people that hadnt had there first pose yet.So why even have a line if that is the case?There was a schedule with time slots for the whole evening in which there would always be new dancers coming in that would be getting their first photos done.I said okay? very confused by this reasoning and went to the back of the line to wait a second time for this specific picture.Make it back up to the front of the line again.Put my paid picture form down and the assistant starts giving rude looks to the photographer about me while Im right there waiting.I believe the photographer (although I cant be sure as I was looking at the assistant at this time) sees this as he starts to offer me a free 8x10 photo for making us wait again.The assistant then is defiant once again and says I already ordered an 8x10 and is unwilling to write a second one on the form.If your employer tells you to give a customer a free photo, why not just write it down? Why talk back and make a fuss about it?I told them I dont want anything for free, I have already seen the assistant make very obvious and rude eye contact and I just wanted to get out of there.This assistant shouldnt be in customer service.To pay this much for pictures and be treated so rudely when I didnt deserve it and did what was asked of me, even when it didnt make any sense, is completely frustrating.I wish the photographer would have said something to his assistant about her behavior as it was unacceptable but honestly, Im not sure she would have been able to take in anything anyone said to her.I noticed other issues as I was waiting in line (I did a lot of that!) but I wasnt involved so I dont feel right commenting on them.Unfortunately, this was the experience I had.
Edit to add to response from Dave: I waited in line 3 times for 2 pictures because it was asked and then was treated very poorly by your assistant.I never cut to the front of the line even though paid up.I cant be convinced that your assistants attitude was ONLY a product of that chaotic situation.It was blatant in my personal interaction. It seems to be excuses for her rather than listening to my clarify of the my situation.She was very quick to inject her version of things in my situation wrongly.I appreciate your response.Im glad to hear that future events of this size will be handled with more help.It seems that night was rough for all involved.
