Don’t even both spending your time and effort renting from this “rental company”. Spoke with Rebecca for a week about a rental house, applied and got approved. Scheduled a showing for 3pm next day, was told one other person applied for the house but couldn’t pay the deposit until the following day, that it was first come first serve, and that if we came to the showing at 3pm with deposit in hand we would be sent the lease. Trey, the agent, was an hour late to the showing, and informed me that the other applicant could possibly pay today but that if we paid before them it would be ours. 15 minutes before the showing, our agent Trey said that the people were putting money down as we speak and asked if he could show us another house. The house he took us to was in no way ready, and then told us that the other applicant had in fact not yet put the deposit down on the house we originally were going to see/rent. He called the main agent, she said to give the other applicants until 6pm to put a deposit down despite us having deposit IN HAND first. I called him at 6pm, and received a text message that they were giving the other applicants ANOTHER HOUR to get the deposit in. At 6:45pm he texted me to let me know they just put a deposit in and that the home was unavailable. Their other properties won’t be ready for another month, and after running me around today I wouldn’t want to rent from them even if they had other properties available now. Extremely unprofessional, would expect more out of a rental company. So much for first come first serve.
