FVC Roofing

I cannot recommend this company enough!! I am selling my home and the buyer requested we have the satellite dish removed and roof underneath repaired. The job was so small I called many places and they wouldn’t take the job. F.V.C. Agreed to do the job for a very reasonable price and they were at my house within 3 hours to complete the repair. While on the roof they noticed additional repairs and completed them for no extra charge. If you need anything roof related this is the company to use, they are professional, timely and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I could not believe they did additional work for no additional charge. I would absolutely use them again. Service: Roof repair

As a single woman homeowner I'm pretty used to being ripped off, so it's no surprise it was no different with Keith. First he said he was coming in the morning on a Tuesday, did not show up. Called me about 1pm to see if he missed the appointment, which apparently was my fault for not calling him to remind him. He gave me a slightly better price than another quote I got, and other reviews were good so I decided to hire him anyways with the understanding he would do the same work, which included fixing a corner where I had some rotted wood as well as power washing the gutters. Not only did the work begin two weeks before I expected, but not everything was done that I was told would be. I had to repeatedly ask about the rotted wood in the corner, which was never fixed, and Keith acted like it was not a big deal and that the temporary fix I had done meant it was "already fixed." When I brought up the gutters not being power washed he told me that I should do it. So now I will have to clean all the junk they scraped off my roof into the gutters myself. Despite being told I could call him anytime, I'm not sure what the point would be unless I wanted to be condescended to and lied to more. **Update: When confronted by my father, Keith proceeded to call me a liar. Where I would get the idea on my own of the gutters being power washed I am not sure, and I certainly would have hired another contractor if I had known that the wood rot would not be fixed as it was the whole reason I started having my roof looked at. Supposedly, I will have somebody looking into the wood rot in 2 weeks, at which time Keith will try to extract more money from me...

Had two properties done by this company within the last few weeks. Both were stripped down to the wood. The whole process on both were done within hours including one house needing 21 sheets of plywood. Couldn't be happier with the work performed on both. No corners cut and top quality materials used. Did exactly what he said he would and then some.Would most definitely recommend to anyone.
