I give this company a terrible rating not because of there building capabilities but because of the integrity the company claims to have. They hired several young workers recently my husband being one of them and after using them to get work caught up they laid them off due to work being slow. That didn't bother me the most though the fact that they are supposed to be a union company and they laid my husband and several workers off before they could pay there union fees and become unionized is what makes me angry and sad all at once. Also this happens to be the holiday season and my husband passed up other job opportunities to become apart of a union that is supposed to protect you. Now he's searching for work during a period where there isn't anyone hiring at this time. I would love to know where is the integrity in that. If they treat there workers poorly then what kind of quality of work can they provide for others. If i could rate them a zero i definitely would. That is absolutely SHADY and my heart goes out to the other workers that this company laid off without showing the INTEGRITY they CLAIM to have.
