After having another company come out and replace 3 different parts, Mike was able to get the programming error resolved after he had to rediagnose the tub. He was in and out in about 2 hours.

When a Watkins Hot Springs Spa tech came out to diagnose my HOT SPRINGS SPA, I was told I needed a new “box” or what I later learned was a control panel equaling around $900 to replace I was so disappointed!!! I wasn’t willing to put that much into my older hot tub so I thought I was going to have to be in the market for a new one. Which was NOT in my budget! Close friends recommended “Hot Tub Mike” and I have never been more thankful!! I am a daily user of my hot tub and was so upset that I might lose it. Mike came out and THREE hours later my hot run was running!!!! It was just a fuse and a new pressure switch (which I was told was replaced by the previous tech but wasn’t!) and NOT a new control panel! For less than 1/4 the price I was quoted I am up and running and super happy! I would recommend anyone with spa issues to contact Mike! He is honest, quick, and reliable!!! My upgrade tub will definitely be purchased from him!

We purchased a swimspa from out of town. We absolutely love it but found out that upon its first maintenance issue there was not a single place in town that would help us because we did not buy from them! A wonderful and kind soul at one of the stores (I won’t mention so I don’t get her in trouble) said “I am sorry we can’t help you”... Then she discretely gave me the name and number of someone who she thought would. We were panicking since the temperatures outside were below freezing and we were nervous we could lose our swimspa. The out of town assistance told us it would be a 4-6 week wait for service. I called Mike Stallings and I cannot say enough good things about this company and about Mike. He came out same day! We were able to get it back up and running but knew we might not be out of the woods yet. Sure enough next time it was super cold our pump started acting up again. The weather was so bad all the schools closed for a snow day. I knew Mike wouldn’t probably make it out that day but again was panicking a bit wondering if we were going to lose our swimspa if this didn’t get repaired. We could not believe it but Mike came to our house same day AFTER HOURS! He was here from 6-8pm at night! Not only is he a wonderful person and extremely helpful but he really knows what he is doing and will do whatever it takes to help you. We are so grateful to have found his company and finally got the help we needed! Thank you so much Mike!!! If you have a hot tub or spa and need ANY help call Mike!

The owner of this company really goes “the extra mile” when it comes to his service. Not only do they carry an impressive line of spas, but also service what they sell! If anyone has ever tried to find someone to repair or service their equipment, I’m certain you realize how difficult that is to find. There aren’t many people that still value real customer service and genuinely take care of their clients needs like this company does. Highly recommended!
