        The lady behind the counter was working her butt off with still smiling. She didn't have a break and she had a line on a Sunday evening. She made my daughter calm and feel special. Thanks for going the extra mile.

        They'll definitely sell the jewelry and warranty. Don't ever need it. You'll be stuck with broken jewelry and a worthless warranty because the piece NEVER comes in stock. BEEN WAITING 6 WEEKS. Definitely requesting my money back at this point and waiting for a response from Corporate.

        Great place. I took my 6 mth daughter to get her ears pierced and it was great. Ms.Tylea was the associate that worked with us. She explained everything about the aftercare and she did a great job with my little girls piercing. Absolutely love them. Definitely will be recommending!
