        Stellar customer service! Made a reservation for a truck to be picked up in Washington, driven by a friend to me in Ohio. My friend went to pick up and there was a problem with the payment. I went to the local location in Elida and Darius put a lot of work into taking care of my problem and getting it fixed. I highly recommend renting from Penske in Elida.
