Dont bring your kids here if its their first appointment or even a little bit scared. I deeply regret not reading the reviews before trusting my insurance companys glowing recommendation on this location. Zero bedside manners or empathy for nervous children.

Terrible place. receptionist has a bad attitude and gets mouthy with you. They sent us a reminder to schedule an appointment for our 2 kids, so we call to schedule and she says they stopped taking our insurance 2 weeks ago. I asked why they wouldn't send out a notice or some sort of announcement. She responded with an attitude that it's posted on their website...what human randomly says gee let me check my dentist's website today.

My wife and I attempted to schedule our three children one of which was already a patient, the receptionist was completely rude and treaded my wife as if she was in the wrong and almost breaking the law by asking if they would take our other two children. If this is any indication of how the rest of the staff treats their patients I would stay far far away from this place

The dentist is good. And I agree with the review of privacy in the room. However, My son had gotten sick with covid and then the flu and it ran through our house, as I thought I called to cancel I must not have, guess we were all to sick to worry of it. And life happens and sometimes appointments are missed. Ok no big deal. They are very very rude with patients that miss, it is very sad because now my son is in pain and they can't let him come back! Like are you kidding me, u no it is not easy to get into a dentist!! And missing an appointment is just crazy to me to not accept patients!!! It's a shame that they do this! They have always been very rude in that type of situation!!! I mean don't dare even be 3 mins late. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless u want to be at their beck and call, if not they are dropping you and don't give no care of the fact that your child is in pain, knowing you cannot just call and get in somewhere quickly. Just a big shame on them, and I hope they never have a child in that type of pain and not get taken bc of a missed appointment. I don't care for a response from the office, life happens, ppl miss appointments, you don't turn away a child in pain over it, you get paid regardless! Shame shame shame!! And as you can see with the rudeness/smart responses from the office that it must be the same person responding to reviews, that/she speaks for itself as to how horrid/careless the place is!!!

staff was terrible, the dentist was hard to understand, no privacy between patients they work on 4 at a time in a large open room you can hear all the HIPPA info of the other patients, they terrified my 4 year old and I was chastised for keeping my autistic son calm and cooperative for the dentist to do her exam and then I was told in an extremely rude way that my kids had terrible teeth and that their severe acid reflux had nothing to do with the erosion of their teeth and that I clearly just wasn't feeding them healthy foods and that letting them snack on carrots, unsalted pretzels and granola bars was the issue. Even if my kids ate candy and junk food the way she spoke to me about it was absolutely unacceptable.
