Very disappointed!! We've ordered here before and had a good experience but tonight waited over an hour for a pizza that was cold, burnt crust, crusty pepperoni and was so tough to chew!!!

Didn't even get my pizza. I was quoted an hour delivery time and they somehow managed to be late over 40 minutes ontop of that! Canceled the order after wasting 2 hours waiting around. If you're going to charge for delivery you should probably hurry! I took my money and spent it at Luna's Pizza just up the road. They didn't even charge a delivery fee and it got here within the time estimated.
Crenos also still hasn't released the hold on my card, talk about no customer service, right?
