I would give a zero if I could, customer service is really bad and they look down on black people. Ive shopped there few times but the customer service is terrible. I would rather shop online for Indian gold that waste my time and gas.

I went there during business hours to buy an anniversary gift. I have been a customer in the past and have purchased jewelry for my family from here. There were customers in there at the time and the door sign also said open. I was denied entry and was told to come back later. I'm disappointed in this business that I used to support.

I went in today for 2 things.
1. To get my daughters baby gold bangle fixed because she had fell on it while playing and the shape became irregular but the woman working there said she couldnt get it fixed because she thought it wasnt solid gold and that it might break and I told her that it is 22K gold and she had the audacity to say well it doesnt look like 22K and it really just put me off.
2. I wanted to get an estimate on a ring I had received as a gift on my wedding so I could maybe trade it in for a new ring but she couldnt help me with that either and that theres someone else who does the estimate and hes not in until 3:30 everyday.
Overall her behavior was very rude and while I was talking to her another customer came in and totally disregarded our conversation and started talking with her. I later went to Dublin Village Jewelers and they got the bangle fixed and not only that, for free.
