I could not have asked for a better home inspection team!! Very professional and thorough throughout our interactions. Very detailed report with pictures and recommendations provided after the inspection. Best of all, they service a wide area including many cities in southwestern Ohio. I would definitely recommend H&C to anyone needing home inspection. Big shout out to Tony, who answered all the questions I had. He was open to me calling him even when I had a million questions. I cannot thank him enough!

Brandon did our home inspection and was fantastic! He was incredibly thorough and explained everything to us. He made the entire process smooth and easy. Would recommend them to everyone!

Inspector was very knowledgeable and professional. Our real estate agent mentioned that the inspector sometimes liked to get an early started and since we wanted to be there for the process, we showed up 20 minutes early. Our inspector was already there and well underway, which is very impressive. They were extremely thorough both in the inspection and in the time they took to explain different things and provide more information. They covered items that were not only relevant for the initial purchase, but also gave us a lot of information about future maintenance and improvements even going so far as offering to provide direction on specifics of DIY project execution and referrals to other vendors and contractors as needed.
