Awful and that doesnt even begin to describe our disappointment. During the building process the construction manager changed a few times. They made promises to fix our home, they arent honoring those promises. It has truly been a heartbreaking experience. Our doors arent square, our floors pop, our windows freeze from the inside, our front porch isnt square, our garage wasnt finished, our insulation isnt complete, and the list goes on. Weve had multiple managers to facilitate fixing our brand new home. When those managers got close to completion they were fired/let go/or laid off. Its truly been a horrific experience. We have a master work order provided by the last manager, the current manager and supervisor arent honoring it although its on their form they are creating a new master work order and working from that, they removed the insulation issues that weve been reporting since day one. We have a gap between our back door and frame they wont fix that either. RUN FROM PULTE!!! Every home in our community has issuesRUN FROM PULTE!!! Service: Home building

Pulte Mortgage stole $3,644.10 from me by locking me into a rate I did not legally agree to. Ken Frankenberg is the branch manager at the Dublin office, and he and his team are more than happy to lie, steal, and defend their actions. DO NOT USE PULTE MORTGAGE. Use another lender, who will almost certainly match Pulte's "closing costs" waived fees, and do a better job of defending the rushed construction jobs and unfinished work before moving into your house. The photos are from June 2022. Six months since closing, and our yard is still covered in garbage, gutters still hang off the roof, and there is no sod, leveling, cleanup, sod, or weeding. This would not have been better by using their mortgage company actually, they would have been paid the full amount for everything, instead of having some held back in escrow until the work is completed. Use someone eles this company is terrible and does not take care of there home buyers trust me beware I cant say it enough go elsewhere message me for pics of poor work customer service is the worst they get you in your home and forget about you Ive had approved work in the works for months that still is not started. Months.
