        Terrible, especially if there's an emergency. Can't get a hold of anyone. If your employer is switching to this company I'm sorry. Edit: after my dramatic review a rep contacted me. They were extremely helpful with setting up a network since I am in a very rural area. I have not actually had to use the insurance at a clinic yet, so we'll see.

        Blue Cross, HAP and others cover all my medications. My employer switched to ClearChain, now I have to pay for a few of my medications out of pocket. I would not keep/take a job that offers ClearChain health insurance. Steer clear. 8/7/22 Response from the owner..... I already emailed and called the support team before I had this review dummy. Your response behind closed doors was.... "sorry other insurance covers xyz, but we do not. even thou we are more expense."
