        Disappointed in service and quality. Delivery took much longer than necessary when they told us they had the furniture in stock. Because we changed the fabric on the pillows, they could not deliver anything for 3 weeks. After using the furniture for a couple months, which we paid a premium for, we realized it is extremely cheaply made. Our ottoman actually completely fell apart. After looking under the cover we noticed they used cheap particle board and staples to hold the thing together. Will not shop here again.
