I would give 0 stars if I could, this place is DISGUSTING. It is so dirty and gross there were at least 3 lice out breaks in 2 months and nothing was cleaned professionally. Do NOT take your kids here and and do not work here it’s an awful place not to mention the director is horrible and has
No idea what is going on or pretends like she does, that’s a whole story in itself.

I love the staff, they are always friendly and they take time to speak with you and ask you about your day. They always show they care about your kids and treat them as their own. I couldn’t ask for a better learning center.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They dont own up to their fault in any situation. Being a family that is on Title 20 I don't just have money to throw away to anybody. All of my problems arose when I went on short term disability at work and relied on the director to fax my papers over to the state. That director ended up getting terminated which at no point was my fault at all but I'm the one penalized for it. The state claim they never got my paperwork, and everyone at the daycare pretended like they didn't know what I was talking about. I was then told I needed to pay over $200 of back co-payments due to their error and the state would refund it back to me. Without calling the state to verify I paid the daycare because they were threatening to remove my child from the center. Later that I found out the state wasn't going to be reimbursing my money. The state blames the daycare center, the daycare center blames the state, but during this whole time my money is still just disappeared and paid to this Center. The daycares only worried about their reputation and money more than they are the care of your child. There are some good staff members at this Center but not all. And management is nowhere near fine here. I have since removed my child from this Center.
