God forbid something go wrong with your transaction. Horrible customer service, treat you like a criminal. Your bank will cash your money orders! Huntington bank has free accounts. Dont give this company a dime.

AWFUL, Im not sure where to even begin. When I got my loan they didnt count correctly and when I went back to my car to count it was already too late bc I left the building my fault for not having them double count in front of me. I set a pay date to pay my loan and was making payments all on time but then they ended up trying to take the full payment out which went against the agreement we had. It bounced back and made my account negative. To try and get ahold of someone for this matter was insane. Customer service was RUDE. They just hung up, transferred you to wrong departments , tell you theyd write notes to assure this wouldnt happen again and then happens again. It was so messy trying to pay the littlest loan off , absolutely so chaotic. I only borrowed 150 and it was the worst experience of my whole life. Everything about this place is absolutely trash. Plz dont make the same mistake I did and choose this place in your time of need bc I promise you theyll make your life way more difficult and stressful than it already is.
