        Kevin did an amazing job on my old carpet. Got out some bad pet stains also. He arrived at the time promised and cleaned everything up after he was done.

        Shawn and John were very professional and on time. They did a great job explaining the process and what to expect. I was thrilled that they moved furniture around instead of steam cleaning around it. Everything went very well, only thing is my bedroom carpet still has a bit of odor from the pets. I was really hoping the carpet in my bedroom wouldve been refreshed more than it was. The rest of the carpeted area looks great. Not sure I would use Stanley again only due to the price. In the future, I would do more research on different companies and get more estimates before making a decision.
