Bought furniture in April of this yr got everything but my chair. Kept getting told its delayed or 3 chairs was delivered but not the color you ordered. Wont buy from them again. Going to Sav-on from now on.

I stopped into the Hope Hollow Road Store in Scott Township PA (Carnegie) last Saturday 27 May. I explained I (a Veteran) was working with a Veterans Organization that was helping a homeless Vet get back on his feet. He was moving into a brand new apartment and had secured a decent job. I inquired of the salesmen about a donation for the new unfurnished apartment for basic living room furniture. They were excited to help but also stated they did not have the authority but would have gladly helped if they did. They directed me to their corporate office which I called on Tuesday. The representative was very happy to hear and want to help and stated we love doing these things. She told me that Mark the Regional Manager had complete authority to help and she would personally reach out to him and explain the situation and provide my contact info. Late Thursday afternoon I called the store in Scott Township and again explained my circumstance. The salesman apologized profusely and promised to have Mark the RM call me back that afternoon or evening. Again I left my contact info. It is now Friday afternoon and not so much as a nasty VM saying don't bother me, which I would be glad to receive if that were the case. Not mad or angry just disappointed.
