Filed numerous incorrect monthly sales tax reports. Neglected to include deductible items on corporate tax return necessitating amended returns, for which the clients were charged. Late filed tax returns resulting in penalties from IRS and Columbus, which he refused to pay. Refused to return full copies of filed tax returns/documents to client. Not licensed or registered with Ohio, Columbus or the BBB.
