Poor customer service, the cashier dropped my change in my hand spilling on the counter. I asked to see a cartridge and the response was "Do you wanna see it or buy it"? In general I was encountered with rude and unprofessional customer service and I will never go back to that game store. Good luck staying in business.

This store is great. I love how they have retro games here, it's so rare to find a place like this in some place as modern as a mall! I can't wait to come back and find more hidden gems. The clerk was very nice. I asked a question and he gave a simple response. He didn't crowd me or make stupid small talk.

If I can rate a zero I would. I heard about this place and was going to sell a lot of my Sega and N64 stuff here and My fiancée and I walked in and weren't greeted at all and the sales rep stayed behind the counter the whole time. I had to say hello first and all I got was a head nod...and we walked around the store and not even asked if we needed help. I even asked the sales rep a question about having a game in stock and all he said was "No." Will take my business elsewhere.
