Good Samaritan Sleep Hospital

You would think a sleep clinic would understand the importance of a quiet atmosphere. All night I was woken over and over by slamming doors, someone talking loadly, a tv, and tapping sound like someone tapping their foot on the wall. I don't see how you can test someone's sleep, when you wake them over and over all night.

Awful! Went thee twice. First time was great, second time felt like prison. The tech (Rico) needs better bedside manner!! He was so rude, I almost left in the middle of the test.

From my recent experiences, this facility/practice is BEYOND RIDICULOUS!! No one ever answers the telephone so you are forced to either leave a message (and wait until they decide to call you) or you actually have to drive to the facility in order to speak with a live individual. The service is slow and the customer service is very poor. I had to wait until one of their employees returned from vacationing before my authorization paperwork was even processed. I did not realize that this facility was actually brought over from the Good Samaritan network. If I would have known, then I would have immediately gone to the Premier Health facility located at the Main Miami Valley Hospital. The lack of good customer service at this facility is one of the main reasons why I did not want any dealings with the Good Samaritan network. If a sleep study is needed, my recommendation is to go to the Sleep Center located AT Miami Valley Hospital main campus - 1 Wyoming St, Dayton, OH 45409.
