My homeowners association used Williams brothers a few years ago to replace several of the roofs in our homeowners association. The workers had no idea what they were doing and a couple of the roofs had to be done over again. Most days there was no supervisor on site and it was impossible to communicate with any of the workers since they spoke very little, or no English. Phone calls to Williams Brothers regarding the problems we were having went unanswered. Williams Brothers claimed to offer so much, which is why we decided to go with them, but in the end it was a disaster and we would never ever recommend them to anyone.
