After a mild uterine prolapse during a difficult labor and delivery, I contacted Becky to help get my pelvic floor back in shape. It took a long time- this isnt a miracle one time fix- but I can go on trampolines, runs, and sneeze without peeing, and I have no concerns about my prolapse. My favorite part was that she came right to my house so I didnt have to scramble to find a babysitter every week. I would recommend that every woman- particularly mothers- invest the money and the time in caring for their bodies with Becky.

Dr. Becky is so caring and knowledgeable. She makes you feel validated and hopeful to get better! I love the email follow up with what exercise to do.

Becky helped me through several sessions. She not only provided physical support but what I found most useful was education she gave me during sessions. She started with the basics, and left me with a plan that I could continue on my own. Ive noticed positive impacts in my breathing and a decrease in lower back pain, just after 4-5 sessions. Id definitely recommend her services and support!

I went to see Erin after several years of chronic and increasingly painful back pain (little did I realize how much my pelvic floor was the real culprit!). I went to Erin as a "last ditch effort" on the advice of my daughter, who kept telling my I needed a pelvic floor PT. I was losing hope that what I had was "real" or "treatable". Erin listened intently to my years of history, acknowledged and validated my worries, and assured me that my goals of yoga, tennis, and running were not unattainable. Since working with her, I have learned to recognize and "treat" my own tension - I've built strength, and more importantly, I've regained my own confidence. Since March, I've ran a 10k, 2-5ks, taught yoga weekly, and played tennis weekly with NO flare ups. My only regret? I didn't find her 20 years ago. She is gifted in skill, compassionate in treatment, and I am so very grateful to have her as a PT. :-)

Working with Dr. Parr was such a great experience. I was referred to her by my doula when I started experiencing some chronic pelvic pain in second trimester. Setting up the appointment was incredibly simple and convenient and since Dr. Parr visits in home, it was very easy to find a time to meet in my busy schedule. After my first appointment with her, I had so much hope to feel better! She informed me about what was going on and we had set a game plan to fix it. Over the following weeks, I had so much improvement that I have been telling everyone about her since! I would highly reccomend Resilience Physical Therapy to anyone!
