Cowan & Hilgeman are the best! Jack Hilgeman went to bat for me when no one else would listen. He is the best! Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He was very patient with me and all my questions and emails!! And Michelle is wonderful! So professional, polite and so reassuring. She knows her stuff! They helped me successfully settle a wrongful death suit!! I highly recommend them to everyone!

After 2 long years I finally got my settlement money and everything is done. The team did a great job. It was a long drawn out process but every neglect case is and not their fault. They had no issues communicating and informing me the best route to take for the best outcome and everything played out like they said it would from the very beginning. The attorney's that showed up at several hearings definitely knew what they were doing and had a plan before even arriving. I would definitely recommend them. I hope I never need them again but if I do they will be my first call and my first choice.

Loved my experience with Jack Hilgeman and his team. He kept us up to date on each step of the legal process and replied quickly when we asked questions. I was very intimidated by the legal system and he made it easier. I would highly recommend giving his team a call to see how they can help you.
