        We had our house painted at the end of last year by the Dayton, OH crew. Overall, Ive been happy with the results despite the fact that they left a mess and were pretty sloppy with their paint (I have photos of my porch floor with paint on it, door handle or even my light fixtures). Now, I know we have a 2 year warranty on the job. My husband has reached out to Steve Clemens via email several times. Steve responded ONCE and asked that we call. So my husband called...no answer and voicemail me as full. Do you not stand behind your work? Shall I move forward and report this to the BBB? Edit to add: Ive been asked to remove this review. I will happily do so, when a representative from color world actually honors their warranty and completes the necessary touch up work.
