Brock's Performance

Ordered an exhaust for a customer. Called Brock's to verify the parts I would need to install this on a 2022 Busa. When the parts were being installed on unit it was brought to our attention that a part had not been ordered for the oxygen sensors that were being eliminated by installing their exhaust. When they were contacted about the issue and we asked if they could overnight the part his response was that is not possible my warehouse and shipping department were closed for the day. Brody contacted me to talk about the solution. I informed him the only solution would be for him to put the part in a box, take it to UPS himself and have it overnighted to me so I could take care of my customer since it was his companies fault we didn't have all the parts needed for the install. He then told me that was not a solution and he would contact me the next business day to find a solution to the problem. I did not ask for him to send me the part for free. He was told I would pay for the part, all he had to do was get it to me for tomorror, 4/1/22. I now have a customer that has a brand new unit waiting on a part that was a mistake of one of his workers.
