I cannot thank Nick and Guild Mortgage enough for making the purchase of my home possible. After being told countless times that I could not qualify for a loan, Nick made it happen! He found the best possible way to get me financed and the entire process was seamless! I felt like a friend and not just a business transaction! Our personal lender, Justin Williams, and his team at Guild were amazing from start to finish. Justin was always available after hours and on weekends to answer any questions and to provide guidance and answer any questions, no matter what. We were 1st time terrified home buyers and they made the process personable, easy and were there to resassure us along the way. We were in our house 30 days from offer to closing.100% recommended!!!

Guild Mortgage was amazing to work with throughout the home buying process. Justin and Nick made it very worry free. They helped explained every document and what was going during the process.
