My rates went up almost 50 percent and they said they couldn't tell me why. Got a hold of corporate for progressive and they told me the increase was because I pay in installments. Always have ( probably been with Murphy and associates for 10 years). So why didn't Murphy tell me what was going on. In the end it sounds like it was progressive raising it, but not completely positive. What I do know is Murphy and associates wanted me to pay almost 50 percent more and couldn't tell me why so now I aaam stuck without insurance until I can find someone else. Never been without insurance ever.

Leslie was nice but when I told her I was disability now it was like she would have rather I just stay where I was that's the feeling I took

Leslie is so confusing to work with and has caused me more issues with my policy than helped. Ive been a customer here for maybe 7 yrs, Ive had a lot of policy changes, thankfully not all through her.
My insurance increased over 100 dollars and she just told me today Jan 20th 2023, its a state mandate all insurance companies raise their rates, is the reason your rates went up, it doesnt have anything to do with removing the 05 Chevy express & adding the 06 Chevy express
I have a 2022 Chevy Silverado Im paying less for full coverage than a 06 Chevy van?
2 years ago she misquoted my insurance change when I added my step daughter by over 300 dollars! I just think she doesnt listen to people when she is talking to them, she ask me 3 times to start over! There are people on my policy that shouldnt be on my policy & the middle name is wrong! Im serious shocked shes still an insurance agent ! Does anyone else have any issues dealing with this agent/agency or is it just me? Who else do I call to figure out these issues with my policy & agent/agency? Id rather deal with a different location!
