        We are an elderly couple in poor health and our air conditioner quit working in the middle of a heat wave. We called them and explained our situation. They came out promptly to assess the system and recommended repairs. However, we made the decision to replace our system because it was fifteen years old and we didn't want anything else to go wrong with it. They honored our decision and installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home at a reasonable price. We are very satisfied with their promptness, caring, and professionalism. We couldn't be happier with our new system and thank them for a job well done!!
