***GENERAL CONTRACTORS BEWARE*** Jaime confirmed two jobs and promised to have them completed as agreed FOR HIS QUOTED RATE. Then he threanted to have his lawyer call me about this review. Customers were notified a crew was coming and then no one showed. Upon a follow up call he did not show up to even make sure the materials were ordered and is now avoiding all calls and would not even provide an explanation. If you care about your customers you will find another small business to support other than Gutter Genius.

Jamie was consistently late. No phone calls to explain why. He finally came out and fixed my issues with the gutters. After the first rain, still had a leak. Did not respond to repeated calls immediately. After he did respond to my calls. Promised to come out. He has missed 3 appointments and has not responded to further calls.
