        I ordered a basket of plants/flowers for Mother's Day. Jim called me shortly after to explain that they did not have any of the plants in that arrangement left (I waited until the last minute, as usual). He offered several other options but I really wanted something my mother-in-law could plant outside. Since they could not help, he not only gave me a refund but also the name and number of a competitor who might be able to help! Outstanding customer service! The next time I need flowers I will definitely give Unique Designs my business!
