When my brother Jeff fell from a 30 foot bridge and landed on concrete below, he was expected to pass away. He was given only 10% chance of surviving. Dr. Africk performed the emergency surgery that saved my brothers life. Our family is forever grateful to her.

DO not go to this place exprcting to see Dr. Africk or your Dr. After telling the secretary I wanted an appointment with Africk to talk about surgery,I was told I would have to see Patrick a PA.Why would I want to see a PA who I had seen before and he did not do anything for me .He could not schedule a surgery or tell me what the Dr would do.

Had Lumbar surgery on February16 th, 2015, would like to talk with her about my neck problem very pleased with the results but concerned now about my neck and constant headaches with continuing high blood pressure readings. I highly recommend her to anyone needing spinal surgery or the like.

She performed my C4-5,5-6,6-7 discectomy with fusion about 7 years ago. As an old ICU RN, I wasn't jazzed about her. BUT, she was AWESOME. Great bedside manner. Surgery totally successfull. I really liked her. Would recommend her for sure. Trust her COMPLETELY.
