The only reason I gave Tri-County urology a one star review is so I can actually leave a review. If I could leave a zero star review, I would have done so. I have never been more frustrated with a physician's office in my entire life. My normal visit includes waiting in the lobby for 40- 60 minutes before I get back into a room, only to wait another 20 to 30 minutes to see the doctor.I showed up this morning for a visit that was confirmed yesterday, only to be told ten minutes after my appointment was scheduled to begin, that the doctor was not even in the building. If I operated my business like this, I would not have any customers. The only reason they get away with it is because we have to be seen before medications can be approved. What a scam!!

Walked out. They told me my appointment was at 1130, but really they scheduled me 20 minutes extra time to fill out 3 pieces of paper. Then finally pulled me into a room at 1215 where they left me for another 15 minutes. At an hour, when I haven’t talked to a doctor... I walk out. If simple scheduling is too much, I won’t trust you with the complexity of my balls.

Had to wait over 2 months just to have a consultation for a vasectomy and then was scedualed to have the procedure done at the local hospital after telling the nurse, urologist, and scedualing person that I wanted to do an in-office procedure because the difference in out of pocket cost would be over $1,000. This is a simple and relatively quick procedure that I have done a ton of homework on and put years of consideration into but because I'm under 35 and don't yet have children they are pulling out the stops to dissuade me. I will be making an appointment elsewhere. Re: Gave them a call fully intending to cancel my procedure and was able to be rescedualed for an office procedure. The scedualing person on duty was very understanding about my complaints and got everything streightened out within just a few minutes. She also set a new appointment for just a few days after my original appointment. Added 2 stars for this prompt rescedualing and the understanding that the scedualing person exhibited during my call. Will be adding more to my review following my procedure. Re: Its been about a month now since the surgury, the procedure went smoothly and it was done pretty quickly. Still occationally getting mild cramps as things find new places to shift during certain body movements but nothing too bad. Just waiting on my appointment to get tested at the lab to make sure everything was done effectively. Re: Been baby free for 2 years. Still get an occasional little cramp, thinking I may have some tissue on the clamp, but nothing too bad.
