        I have rented through Avis three times now. The last two times they did not have the vehicle I reserved and they are reluctant to accommodate. Its a very take it or leave it attitude And I have witnessed the same lack of empathy and understanding and apologetic tone towards other customers that have come across very similar issues. Customer service is poor and they treat you like you are the problem if you are dissatisfied with the lack of accommodation they offer if its not what you reserved. Will absolutely NOT be back.

        The lady there this day was very nice and pleasant. I went around 11:30. Her and I actually laughed about the thing's we had discussed. Idk how she knew...yes I do she works there and probably hears all the same things I've said. For her great customer service if I have to go again I will definitely make sure she's there.
