I wonder if Care Source employees have Care Source Insurance as a benefit. I pity them if they do. Time to write letters to the Ohio State Agorney General, the Dayton news paper, the Dayton Better Business Bureau, HHS, the FTC., U.S. Arorney General. These people are taking the money of members, state and federal governments and supposedly offering a product that is health insurance. Care Source is not medical insurance. They take the money of paying customers and governments and won't even divulge the names of in-network doctor's in an emergency situation. Care Source's business model is to delay giving members the names of doctors until members are forced to seek medical care with doctors that are out of network. I'm not going to call the number on the back of my member card to make my situation right. The poor people that work at member services cannot do anything to stop the criminal entity known as Care Source. I had a lawyer laugh when I told her the tagline for Care Source: "Health Care with Heart".

If my doctor's accepted other insurances, I wouldn't even deal with these clowns. Be prepared to come out of pocket for covered expenses.
