Made an appointment to get my car looked at on Thursday July 12 at 3:45. Talked to the guy for half an hour while he kept telling me my warrenty was expired and I would have to pay over $100 just to get my car looked at. He finally realized it was under warrenty and told me if I didn't have my car in 24 hours then they would give me a rental car for free. I called Friday afternoon to check on it because they never contacted me. I was transferred to multiple people who all told me they had no clue what was going on with my car. I asked for a rental because it had been over 24 hours and they told me they didn't have any and I would have to pay for one. I called back today, Saturday, and they told me nobody had even looked at my car yet and they were really busy. That's why I made an APPOINTMENT. I had to call multiple times today just to talk to someone who actually tried to find out what was going on, but my car has still not been touched. I was pretty much told that if I didn't like it to just come get my car and take it somewhere else. I asked for a rental car again and they hung up on me.
