WARNING!!!! Don't hire this guy! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He never finished my case. For $3,500 retainer fee and $350/hr you would think he earned his price...not so much. I'm a single mother who has been waiting 2 years to receive child support and Jose didn't get it for me. He even forgot what was going on in my case because when we would meet (which was seldom) he would ask me details of my case like he had no idea! He was also rarily available to talk over the phone. In my 2 years of working with him he emailed me a total of 5 times! He wasted my time and money (he ran off with over $5,000) tried to negotiate with him half of my money back to hire a new lawyer and I haven't heard back. I'm in the process of reporting him to the Dayton Bar Association for malpractice. Single moms don't have extra $$$ laying around for representation! So upsetting and sad that people whole call themselves professional do these things! Save your money and hire somebody else!!
