Cleveland Clinic Stow-Falls Medical Outpatient Center

Horrible! Waited a month for a dr appointment just for it to get canceled last minute that same day! I have no joke been calling this dr office to try to reschedule the appointment they cancelled. No one is answering the phone! I legit have been calling for a week straight with no answer. What kind of dr office is this? This was supposed to be my first appointment but I’m going to look else where if I’m having trouble already.

Uncaring and unhelpful. Good luck talking to your actual doctor and getting help if you get COVID and have a pre-existing condition. Also I have been told in the past that all my symptoms are pretty much anxiety, completely invalidating my concerns and real conditions I am going through.

Awful. My family has been going here for the last 20 years. Falls Family Practice WAS a great doctors office. Cleveland Clinic has ruined this office. Phone calls go to a call center instead of the office. Waited on hold for an hour to get the appointment scheduled. Once I got to the office we waited for 2 hours to see a doctor at the express care. The rooms are all white and remind me of a hospital. Not very kid friendly. The kids loved the themed rooms they used to have. It made them feel more comfortable. I’ll miss my doctor because he was good. But not worth everything that comes with it.
