I took a trip down to the Smith -Altec facility 3 weeks ago. Nice folks there and they know how to put together a nice rig for tree removals. When I got there they had a hotel room for me all paid at no cost to me and showed me a very nice demo and was able to operate it. About to make some final decisions on what machine to go with! My sales persons name is Art. Very attractive finance options!

Unreliable, if your planning on spending a few hundred thousand dollars on a new crane i urge you to talk to other effer owners. Youll see why you should just go to a reputable place like palfleet not a polebarn tinker toy shop like smith. Good luck getting parts for your crane when its broke down, you might as well go look for a new job while your parts are being built in italy.
