        Take care of your customers! Unfinished work at an install and then overcharge to have it fixed? You guys are crazy and unprofessional. Customers be aware. Unfinished work, left holes in the ceiling for returned air and never hooked up? Stay away

        We've been with Falls Heating and Cooling since 2009. Matt Gambrell (excellent tech and great person) and others there have always been good to us. They have always seemed to care. Especially if you live in the Falls or surrounding communities, it is worth your strong consideration to give them a call for any of your heating and cooling needs. Service: AC maintenance
