        This is a small practice in Copley, yet definitely not a small practice with high quality customer care. I have been treated rudely on the phone by the reception staff and by the doctor (the son) who was too rushed to answer my additional questions.

        Love going to this doctor. Never a wait, always a smile and always positive. He always listens and is open to try various treatments to help his patients. Now that his son is there, it helps cut the wait to get in to see either doctor.
