I can't tell you just how INCREDIBLE this company is and how helpful Omar and his team were. I strongly, strongly recommend them. I rarely write Google reviews (and this actually might be my first), but I was so impressed with the professionalism of the company that I felt compelled to share my experience. Some background: my parents' basement flooded due to the combination of rainwater, an electrical outage, and sump pump failure. My parents' stress level was high, but Omar and his team calmly explained exactly what they were going to do, and educated my entire family on the process. The entire time we felt that we were in fantastic hands. Omar continued to follow up with us, and I can't tell you just how rare his professionalism was. I understand that working with contractors can be hit or miss, but Omar was a grand slam. He had two Marines (I forget their names) who were fantastic as well who helped out with the process of moving furniture and items out of the basement, as well as who helped with the disinfecting and cleaning process. I would give this company twelve stars if I could. No joke. Hire them. I realize that this is such a glowing review that it calls into question whether I happen to know them at all -- and that is a big fat no. These guys were rock stars to the point where I proactively felt compelled to share the social media love. I specifically told Omar, "I'm writing you guys a kick*ss Google Review." Thanks to this company, my parents' stress level subsided, and their basement was salvaged at a reasonable cost. Service: Water damage cleanup

I cannot say enough about the Cleveland team! We were on track to list our condo for sale and the night before an adjacent unit caused thousands of dollars of water damage. They were the best. They calmed us down and did so much work in an emergency situation to get us back on track. They were here every day over the weekend and worked tirelessly to fix our home so we could list with only one week of delay. Beyond this they were super nice guys and kind people. We were one of many homes that had water damage during the heavy rains in July, and we contacted AllPhase, even though they were super busy they arrived at our house within a couple of hours and gave us an estimate. They started clean up the next day, and worked until they finished the job. Although we had some issues, Gina And Jennifer worked diligently with us to make sure we were satisfied, they went over and above, and we are so appreciative of them Service: Water damage cleanup

Omar came out same day and evaluated the situation and followed up the next day with a call and the quote. I would highly recommend All Phase to anyone. Omar and his crew was awesome and did an excellent job. I would rate them with 10 Stars. While Servepro never provided a quote. Had to call them 3 times with no response. Service master wouldn't work with us on the pricing. Service: Sewage cleanup
