Worst company ever. It's a scam. Equipment never worked. Could not ever talk to anyone and still expected you to pay for absolutely nothing. Don't use this company ever.

This company is the WORST. I have been trying for 2 months to have our office phone and fax service switched from Windstream to Spectrum. We are switching because the customer service is terrible, the internet is constantly going down and the phone always drops calls. Spectrum was scheduled to come out tomorrow, for the 5th time because when previous appointments were scheduled, Windstream would not cooperate and refused to release our lines to Spectrum. Well, guess what? Just got another call from Spectrum. They cannot come out tomorrow to make the switch, due to more pushback from Windstream. This is total BS! I have provided all the information requested to Spectrum and Windstream MULTIPLE TIMES so that the switch could be made and still, Windstream comes back with some excuse not to release the numbers and we have to reschedule again. I would not recommend this company to anyone. PS....I would not give this company any stars, but you must or you cannot post your review.
