        Please can you reach back. I filed tax return with you guys 2 times. The post-service is very bad. I tried to reach at you concerning getting my Form 1040 2020 and 2020 Ohio IT 1040 documents because you do not give them the day we fill the tax return with you guys. You say we going to send it to you after, but you do not. I keep calling and texting no reply. Please fix that. This experience is making me not to fill with you next year.

        This process not only took forever, but costs way more than it's worth. I was always the one calling my tax preparer when it should've been the other way around. When I came to finalize taxes, she wasn't even there. Instead, her supervisor was complaining loudly to another co-worker about how bad of an employee she is. Tax preparer aside, they did not do much to try and help me with my tax situation. I had to bring up every deduction and make sure they weren't cutting corners. DO NOT GO TO JACKSON HEWITT
