I applied to this company via LinkedIn, and they called me not even 20 minutes after applying. When I didn't answer due to being busy, they sent a bunch of texts and an email, and then called an additional 7 times over the course of the day. The next day, I woke up to a missed call from them and a few mores texts. WAY too aggressive considering they hadn't even interviewed me. They also kept changing/lowering the salary, and despite being a full time, salaried position, no benefits were included.
