I've normally have good experiences with the workers there. I've had one negative experience with my last visit. The worker failed to inform me of my best options. Did not give me the correct size and didn't bother to accommodate me. Rude and short tempered.

4901 W Broad St Columbus OH. Mr Andy and Brenden made sure my boots fit correctly and the way I wanted before leaving the store. Ty guys. Customer service goes a long way. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I stopped in there today to see what they would be able to do for me as I purchased a pair of boots in November of 2022 and they were already disintegrating. The gentleman working the counter immediately started giving me a stare as if I was some random homeless man holding some boots. I explained to the gentleman that I had been fitted for these boots and its been just over a year and they were falling apart. With his index finger and his thumb, he grabbed the very top of the boot as if it was the most disgusting thing he has ever seen and spun it around, then handed it back. So that already told me this wasnt going to be a good experience. I told him I dig holes by hand for a living and he has the audacity to say "I dont know who sold you this shoe, but he obviously doesnt know.." then continued to throw the previous employee under the bus. So I ask him if theres anything they can do since I was sold the wrong shoe for the job, he puts his hands up and just looks at me. I have never been made to feel like an idiot but this guy was trying his hardest! One year and $400 later, I'm out work shoes. The man working offered no talk-downs or any sort of de-escalation. 0/10 on quality of shoes and -200/10 on customer service. Statistics show it takes at least eight positive encounters to offset one negative. My only two times that I've been there have apparently been negative and wasted. Thanks Redwing
