Terrible service, the associates were more interested in cleaning the store than waiting on customers. The store associates clearly need more register training as one associate was tied up for over a half hour making a return. I was beyond frustrated by their rudeness and lack of customer service. I will not be returning to this location and discourage others from shopping here. My true rating is 0 stars!

I was trying to return my online order and they said no because their system doesn't allow her to do return at that time. I asked if I can call back and check if they can do return later. They said they don't have phone number. Well, I went home and wanted to return by mail. There is no return shipping label anywhere. I guess they forgot to put in my box.I called customer service to make sure I can return online order in store before I went there. They said yes. And I do find their phone number online. I am ok if you don't want to do return but don't give me excuses like that.

I wish they'd make their stores bigger.  Every time my wife and I take our son in here, it's always packed with people, kids, and strollers.  Even if there was a stroller parking area and maybe a couple TV's for the kids to affix their eyes to (rather than running around the store), that would help.  All in all, it's a kids shoe store.  Ehh..
