Way Down Yonder New Orleans Finest Restaurant

A hidden gem of Cajun cusine. The service was phenomenal and the few of bourbon street. The crayfish etouffee wasn't the best I ever had but was good. The rolls and tea are great. Will come back and try the gumbo next time.

Me & my partner stopped in for a pre-birthday lunch. The cost, decor, and location (South High in old Long John Silver, near Arbys, a thrift store, and a closed Walmart) DO NOT MATCH. If you go, plan a budget of 70 to 100 + for 2. We stayed for dessert & sweet tea (30 + tip) THE COBBLER was DELICIOUS & WORTH every dollar. I would recommend solely on quality of food for a special day, budget beforehand.

I use to love this place, but they have really fallen off & their prices are insane. I ordered 4 wings, 2 pieces of whiting, & a side of Mac my total was $35. I was told that the meal came with fries , but it didnt. The Mac & cheese had a sour taste. The fish was good. The wings were salty. This is the second time Ive have came here & the food taste didnt match the price.
