Chesapeake Mill Apartments

If I could rate this place 0 I honestly would. They never come fix anything that they say they are. If they do come fix anything, it’s literally months later. They never follow through with anything they say they are going to do. Everything falls apart in the apartment. I had 5 issues within a months time frame and each time I had to wait a long time for them to come fix it.... and the fix isn’t even a fix, it’s just a semi fix. The maintenance is a JOKE along with the people in the re rental office. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I Dont recommend Renting Here they Have Roches and Bed Bugs. Had to Take my Son to ERTwo Times. They only came and sparyed. They NEVER answer the Phone and Is Trashy. They take forever for the mandience people to Come and fix they say they will come Back and fix an Error they did and never come Back so at the End you are charged at the End If you move take pictures for prof. They be acting Goofy the White Girl with Glasses. I would never go Back

The employees are good honest people who want to do their best but the manager, the Indian guy does not care about the residents. He puts money before residents and will do everything he can to save money even if it means not cutting the grass or putting Salt on ground during winter season. Horrible horrible management with good workers who don't have power to actually help their residents.

The workers are good people with good heart but the owner is horrible and doesn’t like to spend money to better the apartments. I rather pay over 1k for a nicer apartments than here.

I have such a fondness for this place and so many precious memories in these homes. These apartments have such a charm to them that you cannot find anywhere else. The nearby schools are great. I grew up here and love everything about it. It’s given me so many happy memories. Would give it more stars if I could.
